All of our body jewelry is brand new and has never been worn, however it is not sterile. We recommend sterilizing all jewelry prior to wearing.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping option you select and your location. Typically, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping can take 2-4 business days. International orders may take longer, depending on customs and postal services.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through our website or the carrier's tracking page. International orders may not qualify for tracking.

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays can occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra days. If you believe your package is lost, contact our customer support team, and we’ll assist you in locating it or filing a claim with the carrier.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by sending you a replacement or offering a refund.
Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot issue partial refunds on 3, or 6 month subscriptions. Cancellations should be placed prior to 1st of the month. Due to nature of body jewelry, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped.

Our subscription box offers either 1 or 2 pairs of plugs, depending on the subscription product you choose. You can customize your size and style preferences, and every box includes at least one unisex pair, regardless of your selection, so you always have something versatile.
We offer subscriptions for plugs up to 2" in size. You can choose the size that suits you, and you're welcome to change it at any time through your account.
Yes, standard shipping is included with your subscription, so there are no extra fees for receiving your monthly plugs.

Subscription renewals occur on the 1st of every month. You'll be charged on this date, so be sure your payment information is up to date.
All subscriptions ship the week of the 18th of every month. Make sure to make any changes or sign up before the 15th to ensure they apply to that month's shipment.
We also offer 3 month, and 6 month subscriptions to maximize savings.
