What is The Plug Crate?
A: The Plug Crate is the premiere monthly subscription box for plugs and tunnels. Our expert team scours the globe for some of the trendiest, and highest quality designs available. On the week of 18th we mail out your crate or mailer containing plugs or tunnels we're confident you'll love.
When will I receive my order?
A: All Plug Crate boxes are shipped out on the week of the 18th. All orders must be placed before the 15th to qualify for that months shipment. If your order is placed on or after the 15th you will receive your order the following month.
How is billing handled?
A: You will be billed at the time you place your order. If you subscribed before the cutoff date of the 15th, your next crate will be billed on the 1st of the following month. If you subscribed AFTER the cutoff date, you will not be re-billed on the 1st since you have already paid for that month's crate. Example: If you subscribe on May 3, your crate will ship May 18th, and you will be re-billed for the following crate on June 1st. If you subscribed on May 16th, you have missed the cutoff date for the May crate and your purchase was for the June crate so you will NOT be billed on June 1st and your crate will ship June 18th. The next bill date would be July 1st. All purchases including "Gift" purchases are auto renewing.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: We also ship to Canada and Europe, however, additional shipping fees apply. Customers are also responsible for paying any customs fees and taxes associated with the shipment.
Can I prepay for longer periods?
A: We also offer 3 month, and 6 month subscriptions to maximize savings.
Do you provide a tracking number?
A: We provide you with tracking information for US bound crates once your shipping label has been printed. This usually occurs after the 15th of every month. We do not offer tracking for European and Canadian crates.
Can I change my selected size?
A: You can absolutely change your size by visiting your account page and selecting the subscription you would like to change. Make sure to make these changes prior to your next billing date to ensure we send you the correct plugs. If changes are made after you've been billed we can't promise those changes will be reflected in that month's crate. Feel free to contact our support team if you are concerned about receiving the correct size.
Does everyone receive the same plugs?
No, plugs will vary according to size, selected style preference, as well as available stock. We promise never to send you the same pair twice!
What is your return policy?
Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot issue partial refunds on 3, or 6 month subscriptions. Due to nature of body jewelry, we cannot accept returns. Cancellations should be placed prior to 1st of the month.
My plugs are too big/small.
Due to the handmade nature of organic plugs, some sizes can vary up to .5mm If you believe you've been shipped the wrong size please contact the support team.
