Engraved Odin's Raven Teak Wood Plugs

I asked my friend to send me some plugs he wanted for Christmas. He sent me a wooden pair from this website so I ordered them (under $20). They arrived with a free pair that he LOVED so that was pretty great but the wooden pair that he chose were unfortunately “defective.” After going back and forth with customer service (pretty easy via email), I sent them a photo of the wood gauge and they also noticed that the laser had apparently not done its job properly on the wood so the design was defective. Not only were they extremely helpful and kind but they replaced the wood gauges with another pair he wanted and refunded me the $2 difference (unfortunately he received that last pair of wood gauges but they let him pick another pair he liked to replace them). Would definitely use this site again in the future

They are to cutlered for a 10mm. Hard to see what it is. But a friend got a 20mm and they look beautiful

The details were in as well defined as in the picture but that was mostly due to size I still love them they fit great and feel great
